How does it work?
You send me photos of the pet you'd like me to customize. Let me know about the significant characteristics of coat color and blemishes that I should pay special attention to. The photos must have different angles, such as sides and front, these are important angles and if possible, with natural light and no filters.
What will be customized?
The customization is done in the painting of the model of the chosen breed so that it looks like the dog in the photo sent by the customer (only the pet face)
Our car air fresheners are made of 3D design, 3D resin printing, and hand-painted. The side that will come into contact with your car's air conditioner has a clip for attachment.
The aromas are developed by our team with high-quality raw materials.
What will you receive?
- A custom car air freshener with a clip for attachment
- 2 scent pads (without scent)
- 1 bottle with fragrance to be added to the pad

Shipping Policy
USA Domestic Shipping Policy. Shipment processing time:
All orders placed Monday to Friday until 5pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Dog In Arts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dog In Arts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
