How it works:
You send me pictures of the dog you'd like me to customize the urn painting. Let me know about the significant characteristics of coat color and blemishes that I should pay special attention to.
The photos with natural light are very good. But if you don't have pictures, just let me know what your dog was like and I'll do it.
What is that?
It is an urn made of ceramic, in matte black color, with the face of your puppy made from 3d printing with custom paint to look like your dog. It is possible to add the name, date of birth and passage of your dog in the urn.
What will be customized?
The painting of the 3d printed model of your pet's face will be customized so that it looks like your dog. We can add your dog's name, date of birth and date of passage.
Our models are made of 3D printing. We use biodegradable and eco-friendly materials.
Processing time: Each piece is uniquely handcrafted and handpainted to look like your puppy. This may take some time depending on your dog's details. We ask that you wait about 24 working days for the part to be ready

USA Domestic Shipping Policy. Shipment processing time:
All orders placed Monday to Friday until 5pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages
Dog In Arts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
